Saudi Culture Islamabad not attesting private students degrees.

From last few month Saudi Culture in Islamabad not attesting private students degrees. Here is the list which Saudi Culture is not accepting for attestations. Mostly peoples says our degree is attested by HEC and MOFA than why they are not attesting our degrees. Decision is taken by Ministry of Foreign Office Saudi Arabia.

Saudi Culture started attestations of following countries degree:

1. Kazakhstan
2. Tajikistan
3. Uzbekistan
4. Afghanistan

Follwoing are the requirements for degree attestation from Saudi Culture for for Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan degree holders.



1. Original Degree/Certificate/Diploma attested by Ministry of Foreign Office or Ministry of External Affairs of the country from where degree was issued.

2. Translation of Degree/Certificate/Diploma in English/Arabic by Ministry of Foreign Office or Ministry of External Affairs.

3. Original Job/Employment Contrac/Offer Letter attested by Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Saudi Chamber of Commerce

4. Request Letter original addressing by Saudi Cultural Mission Pakistan attested by Saudi  Chamber of Commerce.

5. Verification Letter issued by University and to be sent directly to Saudi Cultural Mission Pakistan from that country where university is.

6. Passport/Visa/Iqama copy.

Saudi Culture usually take 30 days for foreign degree attestation.
