Saudi Culture and Saudi Embassy Attestation with new requirements May 2017. Saudi Culture in Islamabad have done some changes in requirements.


Requirements FOR IQAMA HOLDERS
Things you need to arrange first!
  • Contract Agreement / Job Offer Letter (Original) duly attested by Chamber of Commerce and MOFA.
  • Request Letter addressing Saudi Culture Mission (Original) duly attested by Chamber.
  • Request Letter addressing Saudi Embassy (Original) duly attested by Chamber.
  • 2 photocopies of Passport (Stamped by Employer).
  • 2 photocopies of Iqama (Stamped by Employer).
  • University Letter mentioning that the student completed his studies as a Regular student (this letter must be stamped by University) should be attested by MOFA Pakistan
As soon as you arrange all above mentioned documents, just follow the procedure appearing herein below:

Procedure
First you need to send 1 Photocopy of Passport, Iqama & Visa (stamped by your employer) directly from Saudi Arabia to the Saudi Culture Mission, Islamabad at the given address:
Saudi Culture Mission, Islamabad
House No.16/A, Street No.25/A, Sector F-6/2, Islamabad
Second you need to provide us all other documents (Contract Agreement, Request Letters, Photocopies of Passport & Iqama) along with the courier receipt (sent to Saudi Culture Mission).

Requirements  FOR NEW APPOINTMENT (who are in Pakistan, or going first time)

Things you need to arrange first!
  • Contract Agreement / Job Offer Letter (Original) duly attested by Chamber of Commerce and MOFA.
  • Request Letter addressing Saudi Embassy (Original) duly attested by Chamber of Commerce.
  • Request Letter addressing Saudi Culture Mission (Original) duly attested by Chamber of Commerce.
  • Original Passport.
  • University Letter mentioning that the student completed his studies as a “Regular student” (this letter must be stamped by University). should be attested by MOFA Pakistan
You need to provide us all above documents to process further.

IMPORTANT NOTES: 
  •  Name & Father Name should be written same in all documents.
  • Contract Agreement/ Job Offer Letter & Request Letter are not applicable if older than 1 year of date of issuance.
  • Date of issuance must be mentioned on Contract / Job Offer Letter and Request Letters.
  • Passport number of candidate must be mentioned in Contract / Job Offer Letter and Request Letters.
